Rosary Altar Society

The Rosary Altar Society of St. John de LaSalle Parish is dedicated to  promoting the regular recitation of the Rosary and to the care and maintenance of the church sanctuary.  The organization was formed from the Rosary Altar Societies of the former St. Charles Borromeo Church and St. John de LaSalle Church following the merger of the two parishes in 2007.  Members meet regularly at 7:00 PM on the second Thursday of each month, September through June, to recite the Rosary and conduct business.  A program and refreshments usually follow the business meeting.  Meetings are generally held in the St. Charles Borromeo Parish Center.  No meetings are held in January or February.  Any parishioner over the age of 18 is welcome to join the society.  For more information, contact Janet.

Members of the Rosary Altar Society hold an annual basket auction and luncheon in November.  Proceeds from this event are used to purchase items needed in the church.  In addition, members help with a Monster Garage Sale each summer and the Election Day bake sale in November.
